Samuel Tassi Yunga, M.D., Ph.D., works on understanding molecular perturbations of platelet homeostasis due to platelet-cancer interactions and on harnessing knowledge of such perturbations for early cancer detection. He received his doctor of medicine from the University of Yaoundé I and his Ph.D. in biomedical sciences from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
