Biography

Dr. Hernandez specializes in providing anesthesia for children with congenital heart conditions undergoing cardiac surgeries and non-cardiac procedures. She works closely with her colleagues in the pediatric cardiac anesthesia division, the surgical team and ICU teams to provide high quality care to all patients. She enjoys  spending time outdoors, bird watching and taking trips to the coast with her husband and their two golden retrievers, Jake and Maggie.
