Rani joined the Center for Health Systems Effectiveness in 2016 and takes on different roles at the center as a project manager, policy analyst and compliance lead. Her areas of interest include health equity, social determinants of health and community health workers. Previously, she worked at the Oregon Health Authority in public health genomics research. Her work in public health spans various settings including county and state health departments, a national association of community health centers and rural health in India.
