Biography

Dr. Horikawa specializes in interventional radiology and interventional neuroradiology. His clinical interests include targeted treatments for cancer, vascular disease, portal hypertension, as well as for vascular disorders of the cerebrovascular systems. As a scientist, he is especially interested in development of new devices and techniques.

He has been serving as a member of Research Grant and Educational Committee of Society of Interventional Radiology Foundation as well as a member of International Committee of Japanese Society of Interventional Radiology.
