I am a goal oriented, outcomes-focused nursing academic educator and leader. I strive to support colleagues, mentor new faculty, and share my experiences in faculty development and student success. I work with academic nursing leaders in providing unique educational student experiences. Likewise, I work with students to help them reach their career goals and prepare them for clinical and academic leadership roles.
