Joyce Hollander-Rodriguez, M.D., is the residency program director for the OHSU Cascades East Family Medicine Residency Program and an assistant professor of family medicine in the OHSU School of Medicine. She became the residency program director for Cascades East Family Medicine in 2011 and recently was appointed regional associate dean for the OHSU Campus for Rural Health. She is active in organizations to support community health and holds a certificate of added qualification in hospice and palliative care.
Originally from a small community in Western Oregon, she attended Stanford for college, earned her medical degree at OHSU in 2000 and completed her residency in Klamath Falls at Cascades East.
Dr. Hollander-Rodriguez is passionate about rural health education and community health in the Klamath Basin. She especially enjoys spending time at her small ranch surrounded by her family and animals: 40 sheep, five dogs, three cats, two kids and 5 chickens.Read more
