Biography

Dr. Chang specializes in using radiation to treat patients with cancer. His primary focus is caring for patients with advanced cancer that has spread to other parts of the body. Dr. Chang chose radiation oncology because he was drawn to the team-based approach and the power of technology to improve patients' quality of life. He makes every effort to ensure their treatment honors their overall goals. He considers it a privilege to be with patients and families during what may be one of the most challenging times in their lives.

Outside of work, Dr. Chang and his wife enjoy taking their daughters hiking, canoeing, and on regular visits to Portland's many beautiful parks. In his free time, he likes cooking Thai food, reading poetry, and biking.
