Chris Loo is a NLM postdoctoral fellow with the Department of Medical Informatics and Clinical Epidemiology, researching computational immunology. His pursuits are investigating factors of specific T cell recognition and activation as well as neoantigen prediction. He received his PhD at OHSU in the Department of Molecular Microbiology and Immunology in the laboratory of Ann Hill, MD, PhD. Overall, his desire is the bridge the gap between basic science and computational biology.
