Chris Michel is a physician assistant with a special interest in family medicine and sports medicine. He enjoys helping patients understand that good health is not created in the office, but rather in all of the small decisions they make every day throughout their lives.

Mr. Michel is committed to preventive care and wellness, and enjoys caring for patients of all ages. His favorite part of Family Medicine is his ability to build relationships with patients over many years.  Prior to joining OHSU as a physician assistant, he worked as an outpatient cardiac rehabilitation specialist.

When he is not working, Mr. Michel is an avid rock climber, hiker and cyclist. He also enjoys exploring our U.S. National Parks with his wife.
