Cesar joined the Center for Health Systems Effectiveness in October 2020. Prior to that, he worked for laboratories that focused on genetics, molecular biology, and cellular biology. He received his M.S. in data analytics from Oregon State University and made the transition from the lab bench to analysis. He currently supports projects that focus on Medicare and Medicaid-eligible beneficiaries who have Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.
