I believe that the therapeutic relationship provides a safe, non-judgmental space where you can work towards growth and resiliency. My approach to therapy is humanistic, strengths based, and incorporates creative interventions from multiple disciplines. I work with people to become more proficient at identifying and utilizing their strengths, in order to work towards achieving their full potentials. I believe that by increasing our self-compassion and compassion towards others we can lead more fulfilling lives, as we navigate the complex challenges and pressures of society.
