Anandam Hilde, M.D., M.P.H.

Ana Hilde is an adjunct assistant professor in child and adolescent psychiatry at OHSU as well as a psychiatrist at the Native American Rehabilitation Association in Portland, OR providing care in their adult and youth residential treatment facilities. In addition, she is the medical director for Madrona Recovery a dual diagnosis residential treatment program for teens in the Portland area. Ana completed her child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Oregon Health & Science University. She was chief fellow and chief resident during her graduate medical school training. She completed her medical degree and master in public health  at OHSU School of Medicine and then spent four sunny years in Honolulu, Hawaii for her general psychiatry residency at the John A Burns School of Medicine. She took time away from medical school to engage in more intensive public health research in the field of addiction treatment effectiveness and was able to hone her research skills conducting research as part of the National Institute of Drug Abuse clinical trials network. She is passionate about working with adolescents who are struggling with mental health and substance use disorders.
