All workshops will be held on Thursday from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, PST First Workshop Starts January 28, 2021, 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, PST Presented by Lauren K. Harris, FACMPE Partnering with practices to identify and achieve their goals- Lauren is passionate about medical practices and enjoys partnering with them to see them succeed. After years of honing her skills within large and small organizations of multiple specialties, including RHC and School-Based Health Centers, she started her own consulting practice in July 2020. She partners directly with practitioners and leaders to provide business and operation expertise. Lauren started her healthcare management career in 1992, and achieved her MGMA/CMPE certification in 2008 and her FACMPE certification in 2013. |
