The events are hosted by Oregon Health Authority, Oregon Department of Veterans Affairs, and facilitated by Oregon-based Rede Group. They hope for community input from anyone who has experience with behavioral healthcare for veterans; as a veteran, as a provider, as someone working in community health, as a policymaker or any other interested party. Attendance is free and open to the public, but you must register to attend. Please follow the registration link to the community where you would like to attend for exact time and location of each meeting. The forum content is based around a report recently completed on behalf of OHA and ODVA by the Rede Group.

There are two meetings where the first hour is for members of particular communities only. The second and third hour are for all members of the community. Those are LGBTQ in Eugene on August 29th and women only the first hour in Portland on September 17th.
