Wes has been working in the healthcare field for over a decade. First, as a Patient Access Specialist with Kaiser Permanente's Northwest Regional Appointment and Advice Center. He joined OHSU as a Communications Specialist with the Patient and Internal Communications Center. He entered CDI as an Administrative Assistant before moving on to his current role as an Administrative Coordinator. His team and he work towards supporting students, whether they attend or hopes to attend OHSU. Wes is a native Oregonian dedicated to supporting diversity as one of OHSU’s core values. While growing up, he served as an assistant coach for youth sports teams with disabilities. His devotion to inclusive causes has led him to his current role. In his spare time, he enjoys walking and watching sports and movies.
