Aaron Pina is a human rights equity practitioner and educator with over twenty years of experience in government and education focused on promoting human rights centered approaches to equity. Aaron earned his MA in international relations and religion from Boston University. He earned his BA in anthropology and Middle East Studies from Portland State University. Before being a diversity trainer at the Center for Diversity and Inclusion, Aaron was the Veteran Resource Coordinator for Portland Community College. Aaron lives on the Eastside, where he spends rainy days reading with his son Ollie and listening to records with his cat, Chicken Wing.
