Rodney Reid, M.D., PhD, and Barb Oyler, PMHNP, with Providence Adolescent Eating Disorders Treatment, join us for a discussion on eating disorders in teens. They briefly review the physical and emotional consequences of eating disorders. Strategies for interacting sensitively with patients and families are shared. Diversity issues impacting the Providence St. Vincent partial hospital and intensive outpatient patients will also be reviewed.
