Mike Powers, M.D., Professor of Pediatrics, Division of Pulmonology, will lead this wellness focused session. Dr. Powers’ presentation and experience is based on the Joy in Work Model from the Institute of Healthcare Improvement, that includes the question, “What Matters to you? He has incorporated a focus of Trust, Respect, Psychological Safety, Relationships, Teamwork, Camaraderie and Gratitude into his interactive presentation. He will provide tips, tools and resources to improve your Joy in Work.
