An astrocyte contacting a cortical capillary. The astrocyte is labelled with a genetically expressed green fluorescent protein - green - and immunolabeled for glial fibrillary acidic protein - red - with overlap shown in yellow. neurons are immunolabelled for microtubule associated protein - magenta. Nuclei are marked with DAPI - blue. The endfeet of the astrocyte demarcate the capillary.

You can attend virtually or in person this year.
