Central Oregon Opioid Tapering & Safe Prescribing Conference

Through this 2-day learning event, primary care providers and others who prescribe opioids for chronic pain will learn how to effectively taper and support patients who are on high doses of opioids in a patient-centered and medically-sound way, while keeping their patients safe and managing their pain through safe prescribing.
