Seminar Description

Communicating is easy, right? You just share an idea. But getting people to respond positively to that idea can be much harder. Scientists are brilliant and attentive people, but they sometimes stumble with knowing what to share and what to cut. Talking about science doesn't have to be boring or devolve into "dumbing down your research." It’s about being wise, selective, and putting yourself in your audience’s shoes. It's about clear messaging and appropriate expectations. Join me for some simple advice about how to make your research more interesting to anyone.
