This yoga basics workshop is designed for anyone new to yoga or wanting to feel confident to participate in a yoga class. You will learn the basic poses most classes include and modifications to utilize if any posture or sequence seems too challenging. We will cover breath work, proper alignment, core engagement and safety for each posture leaving you self-assured to try any yoga class on your own. Sign up at the front desk. Free for members! |
