Grand Round Details
This presentation will focus on reviewing the difference between the known types of food allergies (including IgE-mediated, eosinophilic esophagitis, and food protein-induced enterocolitis syndrome) and food intolerances. There will also be a focus on more recent landmark studies including early peanut introduction (LEAP, HealthNuts) as well as the recent FDA panel approval recommendation of peanut oral immunotherapy.
