Dr.  Mauer is an Associate Professor of Anesthesiology and Peri-Operative Medicine; Medical Director of the OHSU Comprehensive Pain Management Center; Rotation Chief for the Residency Pain rotation at OHSU. She received her MD from the Universidad Central del Caribe and Autonomous de Guadalajara, Bayamon, PR. Post-graduate training included an Anesthesiology residency at the University of Kansas in Wichita and both Pain Management and Pain Research Fellowships at Stanford.
