The administrative core provides coordination and oversight for all center activities. The core uses input from the MARC's Executive Committee (made up of the Scientific Project and Core Leads) and from the center's External Advisory Board to evaluate our progress and resolve issues that arise as our research progresses.

The administrative core also manages center funds, facilitates interaction among components, and coordinates dissemination of scientific findings both among center scientists and with researchers at other NIDA centers and the scientific community at large.
