Shannon Tauscher, B.S.

Shannon Tauscher earned her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Biomedicine at Central Washington University in 2017. Originally intending to attend medical school, Shannon has a keen interest in all medical conditions. She has previously worked in a physical therapy and orthopedic surgery office, supporting pre and post-operative patients during their rehabilitation process.
Shannon has a passion for making exercise enjoyable for her clients, and supporting them throughout their health journey. She has experience working with all ages and abilities, and believes creating a strong, individualized foundation is the key to wellness. Formerly a competitive mountain biker, she's no stranger to the injury process and strives to apply her patience and rehabilitation knowledge to her clients.
In her spare time, Shannon enjoys mountain biking, skiing and teaching group fitness.
