Join instructor James Lusk for a four part series of Qigong exercises: “Silk Reeling Qigong” which include movements that will help with balance and mobility. These stances and gestures gently loosen muscles, tendons and ligaments of the body’s major joint areas; simultaneously strengthening the hips and legs. These basic Qigong techniques connect with you individually, across all levels of health from frail to fit. Great for both continuing students and ANYONE New to Qigong!
