Kylie Acoba, B.S.
Certified Personal Trainer
Kylie relocated from Hawaii to Oregon and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, Pre-Physical Therapy from Oregon State University. She is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. Kylie has always been active growing up and decided to get into training in order to assist people of all ages in being able to live physically comfortable lives and experience the many benefits of improved fitness.
Kylie has been involved in multiple sports and dedicated most of her time to gymnastics and was a competitive gymnast for 7 years before transitioning into cheerleading. She started cheerleading in high school, and continued on through college at OSU, She is currently a member of the Portland Trailblazer Stunt Team. While pursuing her college degree, Kylie was a gymnastics and cheerleading coach.
Kylie’s goal is to help people understand and experience the many benefits of being active and improving their physical fitness. Being active should be specific to an individual's wants and needs, making it fun and enjoyable to achieve one's fitness goals.
