Dorothy is experienced in working with clients of all different levels, restrictions, age and experience; from athletes to seniors. She is nationally certified through the Pilates Method Alliance and currently working on a second certification with Balanced Body.
She focuses on functional movement and emphasizes quality over quantity. Encouraging clients to be diligent in their practice but to have fun at the same time. She offers helpful suggestions to make the movements more effective and efficient.
Dorothy teaches both group and private sessions. Whether your goal is injury prevention, building strength or simply to become more comfortable in your body she is confident Pilates can help.
