Behavior Change for Weight Loss is a 12 week course based in research to help you lose and maintain weight loss. The program uses a group support model and behavior modification strategies to create lifelong, sustainable changes to improve your health and happiness. Behavior Change for Weight Loss is not a diet! Instead, the program offers a fun, supportive and engaging opportunity to learn the most important things you need to know about losing weight and keeping it off for good.
$250 members, $300 non-members
Cancellation Fee is $10 with 24 hours notice, no refund for cancellations less than 24 hours.
