OHSU vaccine and booster locations

Vaccines: COVID-19 vaccines are available for ages 6 months and older.  Contact your primary care provider for advice or make an appointment. You can also go to an OHSU community vaccine event.

Booster doses: You qualify for a bivalent booster if you:

  • Are age 5 or older, for the Pfizer booster.
  • Are age 6 or older, for the Moderna booster.
  • Completed vaccination or had a booster at least two months ago.

OHSU has a limited quantity of the Novavax vaccine available for people 12 or older who have not yet received any COVID-19 vaccine.

  • Novavax is available by appointment only. 
  • Appointments will be at the Physicians Pavilion pharmacy on the Marquam Hill campus.

Community vaccine event, ages 6 months+

Community members are welcome to get a vaccine (or booster dose if they qualify) at no cost. No appointment needed. Some events serve ages 6 months and older, and some serve ages 5 and older.
