For many, running is a lifestyle and an important part of their health and well-being. Those who visit a running expert only after they are injured, however, are missing out on an opportunity to ensure lifelong strength. There is much you can do to ensure you are fit, healthy, and doing all you can to prevent injuries before they happen. Join Ryan Petering, M.D., Medical Director of OHSU’s Sports Medicine program, for a free discussion about wellness and recovery programs especially for runners.
