ECMO Team
OHSU’s ECMO team is available 24 hours a day to provide world-class, comprehensive care for adults with severe heart or respiratory failure.
We are a multidisciplinary team with specialists in:
- Critical care, including nursing
- Heart failure
- Respiratory failure
- Transplant
- Cardiothoracic surgery
We have access to intensivists (experts in critical care) in:
- Anesthesia
- Cardiology
- Pulmonary
- Surgery
We also have access to specialists in:
- Cardiothoracic and vascular surgery
- Lab services
- Pharmacy
- Physical medicine and rehabilitation
- Respiratory therapy
