Volunteer with the Casey Eye Institute (Casey) Community Outreach Team!

Through the generous support of our program donors and with the dedicated service of the Casey Community Outreach Volunteer Team, we will be partnering with OHSU Health Care Equity Week & Transition Projects to provide free eye screenings to adult community members who are low income and/or underinsured.

About: Transition Projects, a leader in transitioning people from homelessness and living on the streets into housing in Portland, Oregon, operates and manages nine unique locations as well as facilitates hundreds of apartment placements each year, throughout the Portland Metropolitan area. The agency offers programs, resources and tools to individuals through access to social services including case workers, healthcare, mentorship and housing.

• Date of the event you wish to volunteer for
• Whether you have any dietary restrictions.

You will receive an email confirmation from the program once your registration is confirmed.
