Volunteer with the Casey Eye Institute (Casey) Community Outreach Team!

Through the generous support of our program donors and with the dedicated service of the Casey Community Outreach Volunteer Team, we will be partnering with Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians (CTSI) to provide free eye screenings to adult community members who are low income and/or underinsured.

Please contact Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians (CTSI) directly to learn more about scheduling an appointment (*Please note, the community hosting agency may be unable to schedule individuals outside their geographical service area, or those that are not currently receiving services from their agency).

How to request a community vision screening event hosted by your agency

For agencies interested in becoming a Casey Community Outreach Partner, please email caseyoutreach@ohsu.edu to learn more about hosting a vision screening clinic for your community.

• Name
• Phone number
• Date of the event you wish to volunteer for
• Whether you have any dietary restrictions.

You will receive an email confirmation from the program once your registration is confirmed.
