Do you have a recent Parkinson’s disease diagnosis?
This monthly workshop is for newly diagnosed Parkinson’s patients and their care partner with a limited enrollment to keep the group small and allow for all questions to be answered. Workshops are led by Shannon Anderson, a physician assistant with extensive knowledge on Parkinson’s disease and co-hosted by Dan and Pat Baker, who have lived with Parkinson’s for more than a decade.

Who can attend: These workshops are designed for patients diagnosed within the past three years. Your partner/care partner is encouraged to attend.
Leader: Workshops are led by Shannon Anderson, a physician assistant with extensive knowledge on Parkinson’s disease. She is joined by Dan and Pat Baker, who have lived with Parkinson’s for more than a decade.
In-person format: The Newly Diagnosed with Parkinson's Workshop will take place at the South Waterfront in Portland by OHSU's Waterfront Campus. The address will be sent in confirmation upon registration. Virtual option available.
Cost: $10 per couple
Continental breakfast will be served from 8:30 - 9:00am after which the workshop will begin.
