In the latest installment of the Brain TLC Lecture Series, Kathy Wild, an associate professor of neurology and psychiatry in the School of Medicine, OHSU, will present her latest research on financial activity as a real-life indicator of changes in brain health. Dr. Wild is the principal investigator of a study funded by the National Institutes of Health, looking at changes in financial behaviors and how they may relate to changes in thinking in older adults. She has been working with patients and families in the Layton Aging and Alzheimer's Disease Center for over 30 years. Brain TLC is an on-going OHSU lecture series — open to all community members — focused on aging, dementia prevention and brain health.
