The Zeiss Lightsheet Z.1 dual-purpose setup can be configured to image large specimens live in an aqueous and environmentally controlled environment with minimal phototoxicity and high temporal resolution. Alternatively, the system can be configured for quickly acquiring 3D data of large cleared tissues.
