Summary of Current Research

Dr. Shannon McWeeney is the Head of the Divison of Bioinformatics and Computatational Biology in the Department of Medical Informatics and Clinical Epidemiology, and a Faculty member in the Division of Biostatistics, Department of Public Health and Preventive Medicine. She is the Director of the OHSU Knight Cancer Institute Bioinformatics Shared Resource and the OCTRI Translational Bioinformatics Program. In 2010, Dr. McWeeney was selected as a Kavli Frontiers of Science Fellow.
