Background
Susan Lindemulder, M.D., is a pediatric hematologist/oncologist and director of the Doernbecher Childhood Cancer Survivor Program. Working with her multidisciplinary team, she provides care and support to survivors of childhood cancer, including anyone under age 30 who has been cancer free and off treatment for at least two years.
