Background

Dr. Fromme’s research investigates using computers to improve doctors’ abilities to assess patient symptoms and quality of life. He is also studying the accuracy of survival predictions, ways to improve care transitions for seriously ill patients leaving the hospital, spirituality in patients receiving radiation therapy and how pediatric intensivists counsel parents in the intensive care unit.
