Microscopy suite
Microscope access and services are available to internal academic, external academic, and corporate users. Imaging services, technical support and training are provided by Multiscale Microscopy Core staff. We offer multiple levels of service that correspond to the analysis and/or training each user desires. Training on the instruments will be provided for individuals who anticipate having long-term EM projects.

Tecnai NanoSprint12S-B camera system
About the NanoSprint12S-B camera
Our Tecnai TEM is now equipped with the NanoSprint12S-B cMOS camera from Advanced Microscopy Techniques. AMT’s NanoSprint12S-B camera system creates large 12 megapixel. This system achieves high sensitivity and resolution by employing the use of AMT’s highly corrected B-lens. This camera system is an excellent choice for clinical pathology and other applications requiring magnifications lower than 50kx; yet it is also capable of lattice imaging at high magnifications.
