Request Services
1. Request Consultation
Pre-project consultations and grant support are available through the Gene Microarray Shared Resource (GMSR); this service is offered at no charge for a standard level of support (1-2 hours). Please email the Core Director, Dr. Chris Harrington, to submit a consultation request. Project design consultation services are also available through the Oregon Clinical and Translational Research Institute (OCTRI); please click here for more information.
2. Request Services
To request microarray services from the Gene Microarray Shared Resource (GMSR), a Project Application must be submitted for review by core staff. Project applications may be downloaded from the GMSR webpage or you may contact Core director, Dr. Chris Harrington (harringc@ohsu.edu), for a project application.
3. Submit Samples
Once a Project Application has been submitted by the investigator and reviewed by core staff, a project ID is issued. Assignment of the project ID is a prerequisite for advancing samples for submission. Any samples presented to GMSR core units prior to Project Application and Sample Submission form approval will be rejected.
