Illumina Microarray Core

Illumina Bead Array

The Illumina Microarray Core provides transcriptional profiling and genotyping with arrays and protocols using the Illumina BeadChip technology.  Current assays include RNA expression analysis and custom and whole genome genotyping, including SNP analysis, copy number variation, and loss of heterozygosity.  We are also able to study DNA methylation and miRNA expression.

We accept samples from both the OHSU community and from non-OHSU academic and commercial institutions.

We are located on the 14th floor of the Center for Health and Healing on the OHSU South Waterfront Campus.

New Service - Illumina microRNA Arrays

Illumina offers microRNA profiling via its miRNA array.  Information on this product is available at the Illumina website.  The Illumina Microarray Core is now accepting samples for this service.  Contact the core director if you have questions or if you are interested in submitting a project using this array.

request consultation

Contact the Illumina Microarray Core to discuss your experimental plans and to determine which array(s) will be the best choice for you.  Consultation on basic experimental design and on how to use the Illumina Microarray Core most efficiently is available as a no-charge service.  Please either e-mail the director of the core or call Bob Searles at 503-418-2736.

request services

Request Illumina Microarray Core expression services by submitting an IMC Project Application Form.  Please contact the core director for application procedures for a genotyping experiment.
