The following services are standard across all core units of the Gene Microarray Shared Resource (GMSR):

  • Computer hardware/software access for analysis purposes
  • Publication support
  • Multiple labeling options

Customer Profile

The GMSR welcomes project applications from OHSU and non-OHSU investigators (academic and commercial).

Project Profile

To date, sample sizes for projects run in the GMSR range from 1 to 3,500.  The GMSR has developed methods to optimize throughput based on sample number.

STAFF Profile

The GMSR includes a team of core unit specialists committed to the highest quality data and customer experience possible.  Most staff have worked for the GMSR longer than 3 years.
