Consultation Goals
- Assist investigators in refining project goals
- Define plan to optimize quality and/or quantity of samples
- Present multiple microarray platform options if available
- Discuss limitations of the microarray assay
- Discuss analysis plan options with reference to external OHSU biostatistics support options
- Describe the process from project application to receiving data, and subsequent support options
- Present any relevant protocol options for special sample cases
- Facilitate investigator networking of other groups conducting similar projects/analyses
- Provide pricing information
- Answer any investigator questions
- Write letter of support for grant application
