Submit or Edit a Project Application
To utilize the genomic profiling microarray services provided by the Gene Microarray Shared Resource, fill out a project application. The project application serves to inform the core of the basic experimental plan such as design, scope, and people involved. Upon submission, this form is reviewed prior to acceptance by the core. An application may need to be edited by the investigator before acceptance.
Please download and complete the appropriate assay-specific form (MS Excel format) and return via e-mail following the directions included in the form.
- Expression Project Application Form (Affymetrix and Illumina arrays, includes 3 'IVT, Whole Transcript/Exon, and miRNA analysis)
- DNA Variation Project Application Form (Affymetrix and Illumina arrays, includes Copy Number, Genome Wide Genotyping, Custom Genotyping, and Cytogenetics analysis)
- RNA Assessment Request Form ( for investigators without an approved microarray or deep sequencing project ID)
- DNA Assessment Request Form (for investigators without an approved microarray or deep sequencing project ID)
If you are requesting a service that is not represented by one of the forms listed above, please contact the Core Director. If you experience technical difficulties with downloading a form, please contact user support.
Submit or Edit a Sample Submission Form
After a project application is accepted and a project ID generated, an investigator may submit their samples to the Gene Microarray Shared Resource. To do this, the investigator must first fill out and submit the sample submission form provided with the project acceptance notification. After the sample submission form is reviewed and approved by the core, samples may be delivered according to core lab instruction.
See FAQs related to sample quantity/concentration requirements, sample submission guidelines, and delivery instruction.
