FAQ

What are the sample quantity requirements for the various array assays?

Sample quantity requirements vary by assay and amounts indicated include sufficient material for RNA quantification and quality assessment, as well as the amount needed for the target labeling protocol.

In general, sample concentration requirements are ~200ng/μl for standard labeling method options and ~10ng/μl for small sample labeling method options.

If your sample quantity/concentration does not meet the standard minimum requirements, please contact the Affymetrix Microarray Core lab for considerations.
