How to label and package sample tubes for delivery?
Please use the following guidelines when preparing to deliver your samples to the core. Failure to follow these instructions will result in the delay or rejection of your submission.

Samples should be submitted in a 1.5 ml RNase-free, DNase-free microcentrifuge tube. Tubes should be labeled on top with the sample name. The sample name must match the name provided in the core Sample Submission Form. On the side of the tube, provide sample name, concentration, Affymetrix Microarray Core project ID (e.g. 123XY) and date of preparation.
