What are the sample submission guidelines for expression profiling projects?
When submitting samples, RNA should be in an RNAse, DNAse-free 1.5ml microcentrifuge tube and in aqueous solution, preferably nuclease-free water.
If the concentration of samples is unknown, please contact the Affymetrix Microarray Core lab before submitting samples.
